DSO Musicians Shine as Soloists

Volunteer Corner

A Feast for the Senses

The DSO’s Volunteer Council presents its 20th season of “Musical Feasts,” a festival of unique culinary experiences and musical entertainment hosted by Detroit-area music lovers in some of this area’s finest homes. Dine and mingle with the talented DSO musicians on hand for a short performance.

The Feasts take place between March and October and are designed to increase awareness and enthusiasm for the DSO. Proceeds support the education and outreach programs of the DSO.

Early reservations are recommended, since the number of guests for each event is limited. Co-chairs of the upcoming season of Musical Feasts are Janet Ankers of Beverly Hills and Rick Bowers of Detroit. For more information or a Musical Feasts XX booklet with more details and prices, please call the Volunteer Council office at (313) 576-5154.
